Born in Wellington Tim spent a good part of his adult life in Auckland where he owned and managed a painting and decorating company specialising in the restoration of old villas and bungalows. 

He is married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland and together they have two teenage children. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Tim and Jacqueline lived and worked in Switzerland for 3 years. They moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus in Tim’s previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and houses therefore a career in Real Estate seemed the right move to make. That was back in 2001 and he hasn’t looked back since!

In June 2007 Tim was declared the overall winner 2006-2007 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000 and again in June 2008. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate companies throughout the district.

In 2004 he joined forces with Anita Martelli whom he’s been associated with for the last 7 years. Together with Paul her husband and Jacqueline they have successfully built a strong business and reputation. Their dedication and total commitment to achieve the best possible results for their clients is second to none.
